Honestly, I dont have any earth shattering tips today ...
But, I am reminded how helpful just a deep breath can be sometimes.
With the change in curriculum for our little guys, getting used to new materials, some changes in our daddy's work and school schedule and everyone having a variation of a cold in the Steedly house..many deep breaths have been needed to center our minds and focus our anxious hearts the past couple of weeks.
So, dont forget to just breath today...most of the time, it works for me :)
