Our Mom-Based Business of the week is ....Thrity-One!
Kimberlee is our Mom-Based Business of the week! She has two little ones, and one on the way. She has shared her MBB with me, and I have to say I love LOVE these products! Thirty-One offers the cutest embroidered bags, packs, carry-alls, wallets, purses ...you name it. The fabrics are beautiful, the embroidery fonts are precious!
Kimberly says, "...When I started reading Courtney’s blog, the themes of organization and less stress immediately made me think of many of Thirty-One’s products... " ...gotta love that :)
Kimberlee says about her business ...{my husband and I} decided that for $99 a start-up kit worth over $300 in product & supplies, I had nothing to lose. Here I am, almost a year later, with a team of 4 and growing, more confident, having a blast, bringing in extra income to pay those unexpected bills & working with a company that never fails to impress me.
The fall catalog just came out this week, and I know I have really enjoyed checking out the new stuff! Its all so pretty and I love the personalization of the monogramming...which is $1 this month!
Kimberlee says, "... the product I use the most is the Organizing Wallet. As a busy mom of 2 (going on 3), I found it to be a pain to dig out my wallet, my checkbook, my coupons, etc out of my diaper bag every time I needed to change bags, or when I was going to the store alone. "
Kimberlee is offering LPLS readers a chance to win a $15 gift certificate to go towards the new fall catalog!
To enter the drawing, which we will do next Tuesday leave a comment and tell us about
what areas of your home you are (or would like to) organize your home for the fall!
Dont forget to leave contact info or a link back to your blog!
(Oh..and there were some AWESOME potential Car Buckets in there ..I'm just sayin' :)
Hi, girls! I just love getting to read Courtney's blog and hear about Kimberlee's business at the same time! Two of my favorite gals!
ReplyDeleteThis fall I am trying to reorganize my schoolroom and my sweet baby girl wants me to organize her bedroom thanks to the cute organization magazines she's seen me reading.
I want in on this one! Since I am in a unique situation I don't have many areas to organize. One problem area that seemed to follow me is toy clutter. I must find a way to organize the pile of toys that we have acquired.
ReplyDeleteMiss you!
I enjoyed flipping through the catalog ... wow, what great products. I especially love the big bows and the baskets with the handles to use for ribbons, etc. but everything was beautiful. I want one of each!
ReplyDeleteBlessings on your business, Kimberly.
I have been working super hard this summer to do a redo on my school area. I have a long way to go, but it is deffinately a priority this month! Courts blog has deffinately inspired me to get things in order. I finally hot my car bucket this week! Yay!!
ReplyDeleteI love the products I saw from Kimberly and am excited to get a chance to win one of those organizing wallets :)
Great give away!!

I LOVE that catalog! Everything in it is so cute and functional. I especially love the totes. I have totes for different things (library, soccer, church, etc), but it would be so nice to have cuter ones embroidered with their purpose.
ReplyDeleteI am working on organizing our Storage areas into uniform
ReplyDeletebankers boxes, and streamlining my household systems to keep everything flowing through steadily. My husband is deploying to Afghanistan, so I'll be on my own w 4 kids, homeschooling and chasing 2 toddlers! I need to be on top of things to avoid a total breakdown! I would love to win, as any contribution to organization will help preserve my sanity. That's always a good thing! :)
thanks, Courtney!

help? i LOVE organization but lately you would not know by looking at my house!! i hope one day that we will get the gargage organized and it will stay that way for more than a week!!!!
ReplyDeletelove the 31 stuff!!!
One product that I think is especially useful for organization is the square utility tote. I have one for each of my kids and at night before bed, they carry it around the house and pick up all their toys that have escaped their rooms throughout the day, then we put all those things away and refill it with whatever additional things need to be put away in their bedrooms. It has made bedtime clean-up SO much smoother! They'd also make great "car buckets" and the Little Carry-All Caddy is made so that 4 of them will fit inside a Square Utility Tote- 4 instant, removable compartments. I thought that was pretty neat!
ReplyDeletei am salivating ..can you see my drool?
ReplyDeleteWhich Square Utility Tote pattern would you pick? How would you have it embroidered? And what would you use it for? They are featured on pgs 20-21 & 40 of the catalog. Post a comment with your answers and get another entry into the drawing :) I'm always interested to hear ideas on how our products can be used!
ReplyDelete(BTW, this is Courtney's friend & 31 consultant, Kimberlee. I'm glad you are enjoying the new Fall catalog as much as I am!)
Christine ..I love that idea! I can just see my Car Bucket embroidered with "Car Bucket" ..love it!
ReplyDeleteSaraA ...you are SUPER WOMAN, thanks you for your and your husbands sacrifice.
Thanks everyone..keep the comments coming! Good job on organizing and plans to do it! :)
I'd really love to maximize the storage area in my big extra closet. More bins? Shelves? Looking forward to checking out the 31 products!
ReplyDeleteWahoo! Thanks Kimmie! Comment away girls!
ReplyDeleteTotally need to organize the gameroom and the schoolroom. I need some inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! We're actually redecorating the WHOLE house, as we're moving to a BRAND NEW HOUSE at the end of September!
ReplyDeleteOh, if only we could get the garage organized it would be wonderful. Dare to dream. :)
ReplyDeleteMy girlfriend sells for thirty-one. I love their stuff! Wanna have a party sometime soon. Courtney, thanks for doing this blog! I love reading it!
ReplyDeleteOh, and as for which tote I would pick--I love the paparazzi dot. I don't know if I would have it embroidered or not. I tend to repurpose stuff like that often so I don't know that I'd want anything so permanent on there. I think it would make a great car bucket.
ReplyDeleteThis fall I have to clean out my guest room to make way for baby! So I've been thinking a lot about storage and getting rid of junk! I think 31 stuff is so cute so I'll have to check out the new catalog.
ReplyDeleteThis stuff looks wonderful!! I'd have to say... probably my bedroom :/ It's awful. Like a bomb went off in there. Maternity, pre-pregnancy (that don't fit right now), currently-wearing, and all that good stuff all jumbled together. Hopefully after life settles back down I can resume making the new "groove" to get into so I can maintane the whole house :)
ReplyDeleteI am wanting to organize/create an area by my door that is a good "launch pad" for our ventures out.
ReplyDeleteI love everything in that catalog! What great stuff!
I think I would do the square or large utility tote, probably the Organic Flowers pattern (I think that's what it's called)... not sure what I would embroider on it yet :)
ReplyDeleteOh this is so exciting to come to a blog for the first time and find a Thirty-One Giveaway. Some of my friends have the insulated bags that they bring their lunch in for work. That is what I would pick.
ReplyDeletePlease put my name into the hat to win!
I love your blog.
Lee Ann
I love organizing!!! Whether it is for me or someone else I just love it! :)
ReplyDeleteThe main thing for me right now is my school room. I have already organized it some but it still needs a little fine tuning.
Another thing I have been putting off is my son's closet... but I really need to do it! It will take a lot of trips to Goodwill! Sometimes it is hard for me to take the step and get rid of stuff but I always feel better when I do!
Ugh! So much of my home needs organizing. Something that has been stressing me a lot lately is the kids pool stuff. When we water play in the back yard, I spend way too much time gathering up suits, towels, sunscreen, on and on and on. I think that will be my next goal.
ReplyDeleteI will be organizing our school stuff next week i think...we start back to schooling on the 23rd of august! Love these bags, very cute!
ReplyDeleteI'm now pretty confident in saying that the All-in-one Utility tote in Cool Lime Ditzy, would in fact bring about world peace.....in my world, in regard to organizing the car.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe I haven't seen this business before! I'm the kind of gal who has to buy the new Publix reusable shopping bags each time they have a new print. I am a bag-a-holic. I loved the entire line. But in all fairness, I may have to cast my vote for the mom of 4 whose husband is deployed. She needs some cheer in the form of an adorable organizational bag.
Thanks Courtney for this post, and thanks Kimberlee for such a wonderful business! This is very exciting!!!
I like the St Andrews Garden and I have no idea what I would embroider on it. Decisions, decisions.
ReplyDeleteOne of the blog readers was interested in seeing a paper catalog and it occurred to me that others may want a catalog as well. If you'd like a catalog or want to be added to my monthly newsletter (it has the customer/hostess specials each month), feel free to send me an email- kzberg1@gmail.com.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see who wins the gift certificate! I'm enjoying reading all your ideas. I must say, I think even I want one of everything :D
